What if I have a problem with something I buy?

Simply put, we want you to be happy with your purchase. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied, just return the item within 60 days of the date it was shipped for a refund of the purchase price.

Resolution will make an exchange or refund the full purchase amount (including any applicable sales taxes but excluding any shipping and handling fees) if an item is returned within 60 days of the date it was shipped. Shipping and handling will only be refunded if the problem is the result of our error.

Refunds can only be made in the original form of payment and only to the original purchaser. Recipients of a gift as designated in the ship-to address of the order may exchange returned items only for other items of equal or lesser value. Refunds cannot be issued to anyone other than the original purchaser. (back to top)

Shopping online with us is very secure.

What if I want to cancel an order once it has been placed?

We try to ship every order as soon as possible, so we may or may not be able to cancel an order before it ships to you. If you do wish to change or cancel your order once it has been placed, please contact customer service at boxofvision@ordering.com. (back to top)

How much does shipping and handling cost?

We charge shipping and handling fees based on the number of items you have ordered and offer three levels of service to meet your needs.

STANDARD SHIPPING is sent via FedEx SmartPost. Orders for in-stock items usually arrive in 4-6 business days.  Fees are $13.25 for your first item and $6.00 for each additional item.

RUSH SHIPPING is sent via FedEx. Orders for in-stock items usually arrive in 2-3 business days.  Fees are $26.00 for your first item and $11.00 for each additional item.

NEXT DAY SHIPPING is sent via FedEx Standard Overnight (delivery by 3PM). Orders for in-stock items placed by  noon on any business day usually arrive in 1-2 business days. Fees are $43.00 for your first item and $14.00 for each additional item.

CANADA STANDARD SHIPPING is sent via FedEx Ground Canada. Orders for in-stock items usually take 2-3 weeks. Tracking confirmation number is NOT provided. Duties, fees and taxes by Canadian Customs could cost up to $20.00 per package. Flat rate of $28.00, plus $10.00 per additional item.

CANADA EXPEDITES is sent via FedEx International Economy. Orders on in-stock items usually take 2-4 business days. Tracking confirmation number is provided. Duties, fees, and taxes by Canadian Customs could cost up to $20 per package. Fees are a flat rate of $120.00, plus $65.00 per additional item.

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD SHIPPING Ships via FedEx International Mail. Orders on in-stock items usually take 9-14 days. Tracking confirmation number is NOT provided.Duties, fees, and taxes may apply. Flat rate of $70.00, plus $70.00 per additional item.

INTERNATIONAL EXPEDITED Ships via FedEx International Economy. Orders on in-stock items usually take 4-7 days. Tracking confirmation number is provided. Duties, fees, and taxes may apply:

UK and Germany $96.00, plus $52.00 per additional item.

Australia and New Zealand $82.00, plus $34.00 per additional item.

Japan $104.00, plus $44.00 per additional item.

Please note that RUSH and NEXT DAY shipping are not available for deliveries to PO box addresses.  If you need your order sent to a PO box please select STANDARD SHIPPING. (back to top)

Do you charge sales tax?

How do I know if my order has shipped?

When your place an order online, you’ll get an e-mail confirming your order with item availability and an expected ship date.  Then you’ll get another e-mail when the order is actually shipped which will include a delivery service confirmation number. (back to top)
